When you send email through Volgistics, we automatically track any errors received during delivery to determine if the recipient’s email address is valid. The email validity icon on the Core tab of the volunteer record displays its status. By default, a volunteer’s email address is considered invalid if the last three messages sent have failed. While you can set the failure threshold anywhere from one to five, we don’t recommend going below three.
To keep track of volunteers’ email status, check the email validity icon on the Core tab of their record or add this email validity icon to the volunteer list for easy tracking. You can also use a Set to find volunteers with invalid email addresses.
