Volunteer Reporting Software

Reporting can be a powerful tool to help track your volunteers and their activities. Discover a more user-friendly volunteer reporting system with Volgistics.

Volgistics is a software that reports on volunteer activities and profiles, providing detailed information for coordinators and managers to work with.

Reporting Features

With Volgistics' volunteer reporting software, you can quickly and easily generate the reports you need using one of the stock reports built into the system, or a custom report you make yourself with our easy-to-use interface.

PDF or Excel

Generate reports formatted as PDF documents for easy printing, or create Excel spreadsheet files for long-term digital tracking of larger batches of volunteer information.

Schedule reports to run automatically

Schedule reports that you need on a regular basis to run automatically on certain days — for example, the last day of every week, the last day of every month, or something else.

Address labels

Use Address label reports to print mailing labels for volunteers, coordinators, or volunteer contacts (such as references, employers, or emergency contacts). These reports work with sheet-fed labels for laser or inkjet printers.

Awards

Our awards feature reports list the volunteers eligible for specific awards, followed by additional fields of information as chosen by the system administrator.

Batch report

If you post hours manually, you can print a batch summary report. You can use these reports for comparison to your manual time sheets to check data entry accuracy.

Excel spread sheet

Use Excel spread sheet reports to create spread sheet files that contain some or all of your volunteer information. You can open Excel spread sheet files in Microsoft Excel, or any other programs that support the current XLS file format.

Labels

Use label reports to print specialized labels that include information from your volunteer records. These can be used to create nametags, custom labels, or address labels, which can contain information for volunteers, coordinators, or volunteer contacts. These reports work with sheet-fed labels or index cards for laser or inkjet printers.

Name tags

Print name tags for volunteers or coordinators using sheet-fed labels for laser or inkjet printers.

Service details

Service detail reports list the individual service records for selected volunteers over a specified period. These reports are useful for comparing database entries to external service information like time sheets. They may include volunteer hours, merit hours, and any other measures of volunteer service you track.

Service summary

These reports are useful for printing monthly or annual volunteer service reports for distribution to management, boards, committees, or others interested in monitoring volunteer service. These summaries may include volunteer hours, merit hours, and any other measures of volunteer service.

Volunteer list

Volunteer list reports have a column and row format, listing volunteers alphabetically or by volunteer number, followed by any fields of information you choose from the volunteer record.

Volunteer profile

These reports are useful when you would like all of a volunteer's key information on a single page for easy viewing or access to a "Hard copy." You can choose the information you wish to appear on these reports, making them as concise or as detailed as you wish.

Track merit hours

In addition to actual hours of service, you can award bonus hours for selected service — such as time and a half or double time for certain assignments or shifts — as well as add and deduct travel time or meal breaks.

Track the value of volunteer service

Assign dollar values to volunteer service overall, or by assignment, and report volunteer service value on reports. Change these values anytime you choose and track historical values.

Track additional service measures

In addition to (or instead of) tracking hours of service, track up to 14 additional measures of service unique to your organization — such as the number of visitors greeted, tours given, or meals delivered.

With this volunteer reporting application, your organization can stay on top of its volunteer information.
