When manually scheduling volunteers, you can use the Qualified Volunteers checkbox to filter your volunteer list down to only those that are allowed to be scheduled for that Assignment. You can set the qualifications for each Assignment on its Rules tab. Qualifications on a volunteer’s Status, Role, Type, or Flag.
These settings also determine which volunteers can view an Assignment’s openings when Self-scheduling in VicNet or VicTouch. You can learn more in the Schedule Qualifications and Rules Help Topic.
