Tip of the Week May 16, 2022
The Opportunity Directory allows you to easily share information about your assignments with current and potential volunteers. The new version of the Opportunity Directory is out of beta, and the legacy version will be retired on June 15. Starting that day, anyone trying to access it will be automatically forwarded to the new version. The new Opportunity Directory uses a responsive design to work really well on mobile, and provides many usability improvements, but now is the time to review your settings to make sure it’s set up the way you want.
The settings for the new directory are completely separate from the old one, and you can review its settings on the Opportunity Directory Ground Rules page:
- Choose Setup from the menu
- Expand Opportunity Directory.
- Click Ground Rules.
You should also review the theming options to make sure it matches your organization’s branding. Once you’re satisfied, you can update the link on your website to point to the new version.
