A common question for the support team is how to find the date a volunteer first served. While Volgistics doesn’t have a built-in way to track this information, there are ways you can find it using Excel. The basic idea is to run a report that includes all service entries, sort them by date, and then remove the duplicates based on volunteer numbers. In the end, you’ll be left with just the earliest entry for each volunteer.
