Launch VicTouch with System Operator Credentials

One of the simplest ways to get VicTouch up and running on a device is to launch it using your System Operator credentials. This option can be used by any System Operator in your Volgistics account, and they do not need access to your account settings.

To launch VicTouch this way:

  1. Open a supported web browser on your device.
  2. Go to www.volgistics.com/victouch.
  3. Enter your account number, System Operator email address, and password (the same credentials you use to log in to your account) and click Log In.

You should now be on the PIN screen and volunteers can start signing-in!

Keep in mind that there are still ways to close or minimize the VicTouch window with this method, even if you make VicTouch fullscreen. For example, if you leave a keyboard connected to the device, volunteers could use the Esc key to exit out of fullscreen. Or if the device has a Home button, volunteers would still be able to use that button to minimize the window. So if you are concerned about volunteers closing VicTouch or accessing other parts of the device, you may want to consider using another method to launch it.
