Fix Incorrect Time on Who's Here Page¶

The Who's Here page is used to monitor which volunteers are on-site in organizations where volunteers serve primarily at one or several fixed locations. In some instances, a System Operator might view the Who's Here page and find that the time displayed on the page is incorrect. This occurs when a System Operator's time zone setting is inaccurate.

To fix this problem, set the appropriate time zone for each System Operator. The change will take effect the next time the System Operator logs into Volgistics. Note that if you change the time zone setting for the System Operator you are logged in as, you must exit and login again to see the changed time zone setting.

If the incorrect time is related to clicking the Add current time button when you're editing a volunteer's service entry on the View Who's Here page, please note that this button uses the time setting on the local computer. To fix this, you would either need to edit the BIOS time on the local computer that is being used to edit the service entry, or change the default time zone setting for your Volgistics account so it matches your local computer's time.
