VicTouch Time Clock¶
The VicTouch time clock is an optional feature accounts add to their service level. Volunteers clock in and out to record hours and other related service information. Volunteers can also view their own schedule and optionally add themselves to shifts, plus review their service hours.
Accounts that use VicTouch set up time stations at their facilities using tablets or computers. A QR code can be added to the sign-in screen so volunteers can launch VicTouch on their phones instead of touching a shared surface. The QR code can also be printed if the organization does not want to use a tablet or computer.
VicTouch works with the Who's Here page to allow users to see a real-time view of who is currently clocked in.
