VicNet Portal

The VicNet portal is an optional feature accounts add to their service level. Volunteers and Coordinators download the VicNet app in the Google Play or Apple App Store to use VicNet on their mobile device. If the volunteer or Coordinator is using a laptop or desktop computer, they go to to log in to the portal.

Volunteers use the portal to receive messages, update their contact information, view their schedule, add themselves to the schedule, review or post their service hours and more. Coordinators can view and optionally update information for volunteers who serve in the Assignments they oversee. Coordinators can also optionally view or manage the schedule for their Assignments.

Organizations with the VicNet portal in their service level can also enable the free text messaging feature.
