System Operators¶
System Operators are the people who can log in to the account at www.volgistics.com. These are generally the volunteer coordinators or volunteer managers at the organization. An operator record can have three different access levels: Administrator, Power User, and Basic User.
Volgistics also has Coordinator records for people who only need to view or update volunteer schedule or profile information. Coordinators access the account through the VicNet portal and do not impact the service fees paid to use the system.
