Post Page Settings

The Post page provides a way to enter service information on multiple volunteer records at once. You can use the Service Posting setup page to configure the basic use of the Post feature. To get to the Service Posting setup page:

  1. Choose Setup from the menu
  2. Click on Service tracking
  3. Choose Service Posting

Assignment Role

Use the options in this section to choose which volunteers should appear on the Post page when posting hours for an individual assignment. Select the Roles volunteers must have in an assignment in order to appear on the page. You can select as many choices as you would like.

Volunteers per page

Use the dropdown field in this section to determine the maximum number of volunteers that should appear on each page when posting service with the Post page.
