Statistics Report Overview

Statistics reports are designed to help you get data on things such as volunteer retention and demographics. Volgistics comes with two stock Statistics reports. You can learn more about these below:

Volunteer Age Statistics (stock) Details

By default, Statistics reports only contain data for non-archived records. You can modify the report to contain information for archived records also, as well as change the setup to look for other statistical information.

To customize a stock report, click the Clone It button after you select the name of the report from the Reports page.

Or you can create a custom Statistics report from scratch like this:

  1. Select Reports from the menu.
  2. Expand Statistics.
  3. Select Create a new statistics report.
  4. Go through each of the tabs and select the options you want.
  5. Save the report on the Save tab.
