Statistics Options Tab

Use the Statistics report's Options tab to customize the structure of a Statistics report.

Report by:

Select the appropriate button to choose whether statistics should be reported in one set of numbers representing the entire agency, or if they should also be categorized into groups, separated by either volunteer Type or by Site.

Begin each report section on a new page

If the data is customized to be reported by either Type or Site, check Begin each report section on a new page to start a new page for each volunteer Type or Site.

Include a report column for each month

Checking the Include a report column for each month option will break Statistics out by month if a time period longer than one month is indicated on the report's Include page.

Include archived volunteer records

Your archived volunteers can be included in the Statistics report's totals by checking Include archived volunteer records.

When you're finished choosing the Options for your Statistics report, click Next to continue to the next step.
