Schedule Report - Weekly Schedules by Assignment (stock)¶
Use this stock report to create weekly schedules for each assignment. The report will list each assignment's schedule on a separate section of the report. Each cell will have the scheduled time, the volunteer or group scheduled and any note listed on the opening. Any unfilled openings will be shown with the word Open in bold.
By default, the report is set-up to include the schedule information for Next week for all active assignments. You can change this to cover a different week, and/or a specific Site, Place or Assignment, on the Include page.
Customizing and Running Stock Reports
You can generate this report using the Run It button, and change its appearance using the Modify It button. You can also Clone It to create your own custom versions.
