In Box Report Capacity¶
Each time you generate a report, Volgistics delivers the report to your In Box as a PDF or Excel file. From there you can view it, print it, and/or save it to your computer if it's a report you would like to keep.
Your In Box holds up to twelve reports for each system operator. Once a system operator has twelve reports in their In Box, Volgistics automatically deletes their oldest report to make room for the next report they generate.
This limit applies only to the number of generated report files that can accumulate for a single system operator in the In Box, not to the number of reports you can setup in Volgistics.
