Excel Spreadsheet Report - All Volunteer Information (stock)¶
This Excel spreadsheet report produces a spreadsheet that contains all of the non-archived volunteer information in your database. Use the following steps to run this report:
- Choose Reports from the menu.
- Expand Excel spreadsheet.
- Click the All volunteer information (stock) link.
- Click the Run It button.
- If you'd like to filter the volunteers and data that will be included in this report, use the options on the Include page to apply the necessary filters. However, if you'd like the report to include all non-archived volunteers and their information, you can leave all of these settings set to their defaults.
- Click the Run Now button.
If you'd like to get all volunteer information from your database, including archived volunteer records, this can be done by creating a custom version of the All volunteer information report, or if you have access to Setup, you can get this information using the Data export option as explained in the Save Volunteer Information Locally help topic.
To create a custom version of this report that also includes archived records:
- Choose Reports from the menu.
- Expand Excel spreadsheet.
- Click the Clone It button.
- On the Options tab, select the Include non-archived and archived volunteer records option.
- If you'd like to filter the volunteers and data that will be included in this report, use the options on the Include tab to apply the necessary filters. However, if you'd like the report to include all volunteers and their information, you can leave all of these settings set to their defaults.
- On the Save tab, enter a name for this new custom report and click the Save and Run button.
- Click the Run Now button.
This report will include all the same information as the stock All volunteer information report but will also include information for archived records in your database.
