Add a Site¶

You can optionally organize your volunteer Assignments according to Sites and Places.

To add a new Site record:

1. Choose Assignments from the menu.
2. Click the Add a new site button.
   
3. Enter the Site name on the Site tab.
   
   You can also enter any additional information you would like on the Site tab at this time; or you can return to this Site record later to add additional information.
4. Click the Save button.

Your new Site now appears on your Assignment list. To add or edit information for this Site, simply click the Site name.

Each time you add a new Site to your database, Volgistics automatically creates a Place record under the new Site called Volunteer Services. You can optionally rename or delete the Volunteer Services Place.
