Application Forms¶

Volgistics application forms provide a way to collect information from prospective volunteers. You can create multiple forms for different volunteer populations such as adults and youth volunteers. Each form has a unique URL address so you can link the form to your website or a social media platform. Information applicants enter is automatically used to create their volunteer record.
