Hold Harmless & Confidentiality

As the Volunteer Group Lead, you are agreeing to the Hold Harmless and Confidentially Agreements below on behalf of your entire group of volunteers that you bring onsite to Fresh Start.

Hold Harmless

We fully understand and agree to assume all risks involved in any and all duties that we perform on behalf of or in connection with Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. We agree to hold Fresh Start Women’s Foundation harmless for any injury(s), loss or damages which we might sustain during the course of our duties. This waiver does include our agency as a whole, any family members and/or descendants of staff and volunteers forever from seeking any legal action whatsoever against Fresh Start Women’s Foundation or its successor organizations and any representatives thereof.

Confidentiality

We fully understand it is the policy of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation to respect and protect the confidentiality of all clients. We do not release client information to individuals or agencies without written consent unless otherwise required by law. Fresh Start Women’s Foundation will release confidential information under the following circumstances:
1.To comply with mandatory reporting of child abuse or vulnerable adult abuse.
2.To prevent serious, foreseeable and imminent harm to a client or other identifiable person.
3.A subpoena and/or court order issued.
