Almost There Rescue’s Foster Parents save lives by caring for shelter moms + pups in their home. The purpose of our foster program is to provide love and care for our dogs that are awaiting adoption.
Your choice to act as a Foster Parent for homeless animals is much appreciated!

This information will help us to determine which foster dog(s) will be most compatible with your home and lifestyle.
-Any potential Foster Parents must successfully complete the ATR Foster Orientation. Please sign-up after completion of this application.
-You will need to be emotionally strong. It is often difficult to say goodbye, but when your foster dog gets adopted, it allows you to open your home to another homeless dog in need.
-You must have reliable transportation to bring your foster dog(s) to and from ATR as well as to any necessary veterinary appointments.
-You must be of good moral and social character and not have been convicted of any crimes against animals.
-You must be able to care for and administer medications to the animals if necessary.

On an average day for you, how long do you spend away from the house? Puppies cannot be alone for more than 3 hours at a time.
