Why?

Why would you like to be a member of the SLC?

RMHC Connection?

Do you have any connection (past family, volunteer work, etc.) with a Ronald McDonald House (here or elsewhere)?

I agree to make a best effort to honor any commitments that I make as a volunteer and to advise RMHCA staff, if possible, in advance, if I am unable to do so. I agree to behave in a safe, professional and responsible manner while serving as a volunteer and to abide by all RMHCA policies, including policies re: immunization, testing and personal background checks. I understand that my status as a volunteer can be terminated at the sole discretion of RMHCA. Individuals who volunteer at RMHCA do so at their own risk. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama assumes no responsibility for directly supervising or assuring the safety of volunteers or their belongings during their visit to the House. Youth volunteers (under the age of 18) require permission of a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers under the age of 16 will require direct supervision at all times, by a parent, legal guardian, teacher or youth/scout group leader. RMHCA extends no Workers Compensation, health, auto insurance or other benefits to volunteers.
