The volunteer orientation program consists of a total of 11 hours of training - 6 hours of off-site classroom curriculum followed by 5 on-site hours of volunteering with a lead volunteer or staff member. Attendance at each session is mandatory for completion of the program and graduation into our PAWS program. All classroom training is held at the Powell United Methodist Church, 825 E. Olentangy Street, Powell, Ohio 40365.

Please note that PAWS is a competitive program and completion of this application does not guarantee admission. We charge a nominal $15.00 per volunteer to cover the cost of the training.
