Background

Other than minor traffic offenses, have you ever been convicted of a crime, pled guilty, no contest or received deferred adjudication to an alleged crime? (A yes answer will not necessarily bar ability to volunteer. However, factors such as age at time of offense, the date, seriousness and nature of the offense and rehabilitation will be taken into consideration.)
