Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Circle of Friends program through the Mennonite Central Committee of Ontario.
As a first step in the application process we ask that you complete the following form.
Please be aware that submitting this application form does not automatically register you as an MCC volunteer. There may be other training and qualifications that must be met, before you can begin volunteering.
Also, please be aware that all MCC volunteers working directly with program participants will be required to provide a current police information check.

References must be 18 years of age or older and should not be related to you. Please ensure that your references include those who will be able to speak to your work ethic and character. (Example: Pastor, Employer, Colleague, Teacher, Coach or someone you have volunteered with or for in the past. Please do not use family)
