The USA Mitchell Cancer Institute (MCI) HOPE (Health Outreach Prevention Engagement) network is comprised of people who are currently engaged or seek to be engaged and committed to improving the health outcomes of their communities. HOPE volunteers are trained by MCI faculty and staff on cancer prevention and once trained will represent MCI at community health outreach activities conducting lay education.
