As a TechConnect Navigator, you will perform a variety of tasks to assist patrons and community members answer questions and meet their technology needs. You will support Tech Access by taking incoming calls, chat messages, and texts from people across the KC (Kansas City) metro area. Using the Missouri Broadband Resource Rail, you will be able to assist callers seeking options for home internet, computer repair, digital education, or affordable computers.

Stay in touch with all the projects our volunteers are working on. This includes a monthly bulletin that features volunteer updates from around the Kansas City Public Library system. This list also includes special announcements.
Get notifications for occasional "help wanted" announcements--special events, volunteer shortages, etc.
