Hello and thank you for your interest in the Ascension Seton Student Volunteer Program.
*PLEASE ONLY APPLY TO A SINGLE LOCATION, duplicate applications will be deleted from all sites.
The current application is for FALL 2022. The Spring 2023 Application will open November 2022.
Volunteer Expectations
Volunteers serve inside the hospitals and in outpatient clinics throughout the area. They provide non-clinical support to our staff, freeing up our staff to spend more time with our patients. Volunteering is a great way to make new friends and make a difference all at once!
Volunteers commit to 4 hour shift each week (Dell Children's Volunteers are required to serve 6 hours a week). Shifts are available 7 days each week. Due to the time and effort we put into screening, onboarding, and training new volunteers, we require a minimum 2 semester commitment.
Additionally, volunteers are only permitted to miss 3 shifts per semester. If you are not able to commit to this level of attendance, please do not apply.
Placement will be prioritized to volunteers who have availability during business hours (Monday though Friday, 7am- 4pm)
The Fall 2022 Semester will be August 21, 2022 through December 10, 2022.
Volunteer Requirements
Due to the nature of our work there are a number of requirements that all Ascension Seton Volunteers must meet. Please review the Immunization requirements and General requirements below before submitting your application.
