The FOOD Pantry Serving Waukesha County Volunteer Application Form

Please fill out the application if you are interested in volunteering and someone will reach out when opportunities are available. We would like to get to know you and your interests in volunteering here at The FOOD Pantry Serving Waukesha County. Please fill out the following information to the best of your ability.

This application is for individual volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering with a group, please see our group inquiry form on our website.

Please note that volunteers must be at least 13 years old and those 13 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/chaperone. The opportunity to volunteer is dependent on passing a background check and having open volunteer shifts available.

Please note, at this time there is waiting list for evening and weekend volunteer opportunities.

Upon passing a background check, you will be with the next steps to volunteer. All orientation and training information is now sent via email. Volunteers will also receive training on site. Volunteers are asked to make a minimum of a 20 hour commitment to volunteering. This commitment can be completed over the course of weeks or months.

If you have any questions, please reach out to one of the Volunteer Coordinators:

Pam Franke at or 262-522-2373
