May 26 – May 31: The Wall That Heals (TWTH) will be on display at the National Veterans Memorial & Museum over Memorial Day weekend. The Wall That Heals is a 3/4 scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. Group volunteers, individuals, Veteran Service Organizations, Corporate and Community Groups are needed to help install, work, guard and dismantle this exhibit.
This exhibit will be open 24-hours May 28 through May 31, 2021.

Volunteering is a valued part of The Wall That Heals experience, a rewarding way for members of our community and your Team to be engaged, show their support and honor those who served.
Are you requesting information as an individual or on behalf of a group of volunteers?
Please provide the following information. It is used only to help us get a better idea of the demographic make-up of our volunteers.
There are many volunteer needs required to host The Wall That Heals and to honor those who have served. Some of these assignments include:
* Motorcycle Escort for the arrival of The Wall That Heals (Wednesday)
* Guarding the Wall - VSO Groups (Thursday - Monday)
* Set-up of TWTH (Thursday)
* Flag Install (Thursday)
* General TWTH Volunteers (Thursday - Monday)
* Overnight Volunteers (Thursday - Monday)
* Breakdown Volunteers (Monday, Memorial Day)
* Special Event Volunteers - Gold Star Family Vigil (Friday evening), Ride of Freedom (Saturday morning), Memorial Day Ceremony
* TWTH Mobile Education Center (Friday - Monday)
Additional information for each assignment will be e-mailed within 48-hours of receipt of this form.
I understand I am required to attend a Volunteer Training Session on Thursday, May 27 at 5:30pm. This training will be conducted by the Site Manager of The Wall That Heals.
I also agree that any photographs that I may be included in is the property of NVMM and I authorize the use of said photographs in marketing and social media campaigns
I hereby declare that the information provided by me in this Application is true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if given the opportunity to volunteer at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum (NVMM), any misstatement or omission of fact on this application is cause for immediate dismissal. I authorize the Museum to verify any information I have provided. I further understand that if accepted, my service will be "at will," and that service may be terminated with or without cause, and without notice, at any time, at the option of either the Museum or me.
