Humane Euthanasia

HSNT strives to help the pets and people in our community to the best of our ability. Our Fort Worth facility does offer humane euthanasia to the public as a service through our Spay & Neuter Clinic. And as a shelter, we do routinely have to humanely euthanize for extreme medical or behavioral issues. Our staff does so with compassion and love.

Do you understand, that as a volunteer and representative for HSNT, we are an organization that does humanely euthanize when necessary?

Background Check

All volunteers for HSNT must pass a background check. Please click the link below to pay your non-refundable $30 Orientation fee.

  • If your application is submitted without payment, we will not be able to process it. If you have questions/concerns about the fee please email
