The mission of SFO Travelers Information is to assist passengers and the public with accurate and impartial information about SFO and the surrounding area by qualified, well-trained, courteous and professional volunteers. Our volunteers help over one million passengers each year, providing direction and assistance to travelers from all over the world.

Volunteering for SFO Travelers Information requires a minimum commitment of four hours per week on a scheduled shift and 12 months of service. Please indicate your availability for the shifts listed below. Note that final shift assignments are based on operational needs.
