We are excited you have an interest in becoming a volunteer at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. We offer many challenging and rewarding opportunities in various departments. Volunteers offer an invaluable support throughout the hospital and we strive to match volunteers with an opportunity best suited for their interest and skills.
Applying to Volunteer:
Once we receive your completed application; a coordinator will contact you to learn more about your interest, skills and, availability. We will also answer any questions you have about our program and the areas our volunteers serve.
All volunteers are required to complete a background check, attend orientation, complete required health screenings and provide copies of immunizations. We require volunteers complete 100 service hours (3-4 hour scheduled shift per week). A coordinator will work with you to set a schedule. Adult volunteers are 18 years of age and older, high school students will be required to apply through the Junior Volunteer Program Application.
