Due to an unprecedented influx of volunteer applications from March through June, we will be limiting receipt of new volunteer applications at this time. This will allow us to catch up on communications to active volunteers as well as continue to onboard those who have recently started and progressed into training.
If you would like to be notified of any specific volunteer roles that might be a match for you, as well as when we are ready to activate new volunteers, please fill out the form below:
You may optionally provide the following information. It is used only to help us get a better idea of the demographic make-up of our volunteers.
If you have any relevant experience in voice-related work, feel free to let us know here.
Please describe the characteristics and ethnicity of your normal, everyday voice; it's useful for casting purposes. If your ethnicity isn't discernible from your voice, select "Neutral." Also, list any accents and/or dialects that you can demonstrate true mastery of. This can help us cast the right voice for projects with special requirements relating to geography, ethnicity, language, etc.
Please share other areas of interest. We have related needs and projects during the year that you might be able to help with. Check all that apply:

Over 10 million American students struggle to read the printed word. For too many, the struggle is real. It is a barrier to learning, thriving and living a successful life.
Each spring, our volunteers come together for a fundraising campaign to help Learning Ally reach the millions of students who struggle to read.
Join us in this annual fundraising effort!
