In order to become an Advocate Aurora Health volunteer during COVID-19, you must:


- Be at least 21 years old (no exceptions)

- Commit to a minimum of 4 hours a week

- Complete this online application form

- Complete a criminal background check

- Complete an online volunteer orientation

- Health Screening as determined prior to volunteering
