Background Check Consent

As a condition of acceptance as volunteers at Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, you agree to submit to a criminal background check. In addition, all group members will be asked to complete a background check and must be 18 or older to serve with a group.

As your project gets closer, an email will be sent from the DCAC Volunteer Coordinator to your group with instructions on how to complete the background checks. After the instructional email goes outs, you will receive two (2) emails at the email address provided above: one from CACTXBGCREQUEST@DFPS.STATE.TX.US, and one from AUTOMATION@INSTASCREEN.NET.

You must complete and submit the background check forms in both emails in order for your volunteer application to be considered complete. If you do not receive these emails, please contact volunteer@dcac.org.
