Thank you for interest in wanting to volunteer for Bass Performance Hall.  At this time, only fully vaccinated volunteers will have access to schedule themselves for training and performances.

People are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or two weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson [J&J]/Janssen)†.

Fully Vaccinated New Bass Hall Volunteers:

Please email me at ( a copy of your completed vaccination card(s) or mail a copy to my Attention:

Volunteer Coordinator

Performing Arts Fort Worth

330 E. 4th St

Fort Worth, TX  76102

While inside a PAFW facility (Bass Hall, McDavid Studio or Van Cliburn Recital Hall), fully vaccinated volunteers are always required to wear a solid black face mask.  Your mask must cover nose and mouth and be worn prior to entering any PAFW facilities. You may wear your own solid black (no logos, embellishments, etc.) mask. If you do not have a solid black face mask, PAFW will provide you with one.

Volunteers who have not provided me with a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination card(s) are assumed to be unvaccinated and will not be able to volunteer.

Thank you for your cooperation as we transition back to having performances in the Hall and the Maddox-Muse Center again.

Please complete this application form if you are interested in becoming a Performing Arts Fort Worth volunteer. Once you complete the form, click the submit button at the bottom.

The essential requirements to become a Volunteer are: an interest and enthusiasm for the performing arts, a willingness to serve all patrons of the Hall with care and respect, a high level of congeniality in serving our guests, a professional demeanor, and punctuality in all assignments. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

Volunteer ushers are needed to serve during matinee and evening performances, as well as our children's education program.

The volunteers that serve for the children's education program and for evening and matinee performances may stand for long periods of time and must be able to complete all physical tasks as required, including climbing the stairs to all levels of the performance hall. Currently, performance volunteers must work at least twice a month or four times within a two months.
