Contact Information

Demographics

You may optionally provide the following information. It is used only to help us get a better idea of the demographic make-up of our volunteers and to celebrate birthdays of our volunteers.

Skills & Experience

Have you volunteered or otherwise performed community service before? If so, please list your experiences.

E-Mail

We like to keep volunteers informed of important news, schedules, and volunteer opportunities by email, however will not send you any email you prefer not to receive. Use the checkboxes below to select the kinds of email you would like to receive from us.

Emergency Contact

In the event of an emergency whom should we notify?

Reference

Did someone refer you to the RiverCenter? If so, who?

ID Number

Our volunteers use a computer to sign in and out of events, in order to keep up with hours. Please choose a 5 to 6 digit number that you would like to use as your ID number. If you have no preference, one will be assigned to you. It cannot begin with 0.

Position Preferences

Please indicate what levels of the theater you are comfortable working on: Orchestra (first floor), Mezzanine (second floor), and/or Balcony (third floor).

And whether you would prefer to work a position inside the theater or outside the doors in the lobby. Please note that it does get dark inside the theater and you are expected to assist late patrons in finding their seats with the aid of a small flashlight.

Limiting Conditions

Do you have any conditions that may limit what you can do as a volunteer? (I.E.: visual conditions may deter you from helping inside the theater, joint conditions may deter you from helping where there are stairs to climb, etc)

This is in no way meant to discourage, we use this information to assign positions for events to accommodate where possible. Also, please note if you have a pacemaker so we know not to use a magnetic back for your nametag.

Volunteer Recognition

Currently we award pins for years and hours served milestones as well as having two events a year to recognize our volunteers and how much they do for us. Do you have any suggestions or ideas you would like to possibly see implemented for volunteer recognition?

T-Shirt Size

What size t-shirt do you like to wear?
