Foster Volunteers must be 18 years or older. Please tell us your date of birth.
The Department only places animals requiring special care into its foster program. When animals are in need of a foster, it is important to be able to contact the appropriate foster volunteer as soon as possible. Please tell us the time of day you are most available, what type of fostering you are available for, then choose the care center closest to your home.
Have you, as a juvenile or adult, ever been convicted, fined, imprisoned, or placed on probation or suspended, or have you forfeited bail in connection with any offense (except for traffic tickets which involved faulty equipment, parking, hand signals or speeding) in any civil or military court of law? Include convictions dismissed under Penal Code 1203.4 and any major traffic offenses resulting in a warrant. If yes, please explain:
