IMPORTANT! Please read!

Before submitting my application, I acknowledge:

- If I am accepted, I must be available Monday-Friday between July 6th-

July 31st for summer training. I will not plan special events or

vacations during that time.

- The Youth Volunteer Program requires one 3.5-4 hour shift each week.

I will make these shifts a priority and make every effort to

regularly attend.

- Furthermore, I understand that my application will only be complete

once it is submitted in full (including the separate reflection

questions), BOTH of my references have submitted their

recommendations, and I have submitted my scholarship application (if

requesting scholarship assistance).
