Please complete this application form if you are interested in becoming a San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance volunteer.

Thank you for your patience.

(Please Note: the application may time out approximately every 10 minutes and is not compatible on a tablet.)

Your Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: You can volunteer at both parks (the San Diego Zoo in San Diego, and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park in Escondido), but you must choose a primary location at which to volunteer. We recommend you choose the park that is closer to home. Please indicate in 'LOCATION' your park of preference, as your application will be processed at that park, your initial training will take place at that park, and the majority of your volunteer service will occur at that park. If you have been recruited for a specific assignment and are not taking part in the main volunteer program, please choose 'Other'.

Please provide us with the name of the company with whom you are employed. If you are not currently employed write 'N/A' or 'Retired'. You may optionally provide the remaining detailed information. This information is used to help us get a better idea of the demographic make-up of our volunteers.

Please indicate the frequency you are available to volunteer.
