As an applicant for a volunteer position with Red Butte Garden, I realize that a thorough background check is conducted upon acceptance as a volunteer. I understand that Red Butte Garden will submit my name to the University of Utah Human Resources Department to complete this process, and that I must verify my date of birth and social security number. Once accepted as a volunteer I understand that there will be a $25.00 fee to help cover costs of the background check, training, etc.
