Please complete this application form if you are interested in becoming an Autumn Fest Learning Tree Farm volunteer. We have set up times on Friday, September 17th and the rest of the volunteer roles take place on the day of the event on Saturday, September 18th.
IT IS REQUIRED:
1. That you have read and agree to the Policy on Background Checks and place a check in the box of 'I authorize LTF to do background checks'.
2. You place check in the box 'I Agree' to all the terms of the Volunteer Application Form.
After you complete the application, click the submit button.
Once your application has been processed, you will be notified by email and given a username and password which you can modify at any time after you log-in to our Volunteer Information Center (VICNET). You will then be able to view volunteer opportunities and schedule your time on VICNET in advance.
You may optionally provide the following information. It is used primarily to give us an opportunity to get to know our volunteers better. Please note that some volunteer opportunities have a minimum age requirement.

Any person applying to be a Learning Tree Farm Guide, primarily working with children, is required to provide two (2) character references.

Board Policy on Background Checks
It is required to check mark 'I authorize LTF to do background checks' before the application can be processed. Learning Tree Farm is not allowed by law to use volunteers who have been convicted of any offenses described in Division (a)(1) of 109.572'.
