The Morton Grove Public Library began as a volunteer organization over 80 years ago, and volunteers are still a vital part of library operations. We welcome enthusiastic lifelong learners who want to serve their community by assisting library staff with a wide range of services and programs. MGPL welcomes all volunteers regardless of race, color, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, political ideology, age, creed, veteran status, religion, ancestry, national origin, language spoken, socioeconomic status, or the variations of any sensory, physical, or mental ability.
Please fill out the following form if you are interested in volunteering at the library. If you have any questions about volunteering at the library, please contact the volunteer coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or 847-929-5115.
We accept requests for court-ordered community service hours from adults 18 years and older, but not from teens.
