Due to the mature content within the Museum, you must be at least 16 years of age to volunteer with The Mob Museum.

Volunteer Agreement & Authorization

I understand and agree that all information on this application is true and complete. I understand that falsified information on this application shall be grounds for dismissal from the volunteer program. If my application to perform volunteer services for The Mob Museum as noted is accepted, I will not be an employee with The Mob Museum. I will not be entitled to any compensation for my services and I will not be entitled to any benefits from The Mob Museum. No particular schedule or hours of service are guaranteed for the volunteer work I will perform for The Mob Museum. The Mob Museum may determine at any time that it no longer needs such volunteer services performed, and that I may decide at any time to end my volunteer activities for The Mob Museum.
