Duties: |
• To greet each patient, family member and visitor who enter the hospital in a courteous, competent and responsive manner.
• To assist patients, families and visitors in locating patient rooms, departments, and personnel with whom they have appointments.

Qualifications: |
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with the public.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with other volunteers and employees as a team.
• Ability to walk moderate distances
