Companion/Activity Support
Location: Life Adjustment Program
Duties: Responsible for providing companionship and activity support that enhances life enrichment services to Life Adjustment Program residents, participants, and their families.

Responsibilities include: providing companionship and activity support that fosters resident socialization, learning and engagement.
Qualifications: Dress code is casual and must be appropriate for position duties.
Completion of volunteer application and interview.
Successful completion of appropriate criminal background screening, TB test and flu shot.
Completes program orientation and position specific training. Additional training based on position may include: First Aid & CPR, CPI, and drivers training.
Maintain client and family confidentiality.
Dependable and responsible.
Good listening and communication skills.
Completes and submits volunteer hours to position supervisor monthly.
Abide by all Hilltop policies and procedures and code of conduct.
Maintain open communication with other team members,reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift.
Time commitment is 1 to 4 hours per week depending on the need and frequency.
