Location: Life Adjustment Program
Duties: Responsible for providing spiritual enrichment that enhances the lives of Life Adjustment Program residents, participants and families.

Responsibilities include: Listening and respecting the spiritual beliefs of residents while supporting their spiritual growth in a nonjudgmental and positive environment.
Qualifications: Dress code is casual but appropriate for for position responsibilities.
Completion of volunteer application and interview.
Successful completion of appropriate criminal background screenings, TB test and flu shot.
Completes program orientation and position specific training.
Provides spiritual support to individuals.
Good listening and communication skills.
Maintains resident and family confidentiality.
Dependable and responsible.
Maintains open communication with other team members, reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Notifies supervisor if unable to make scheduled shift.
Completes and submits volunteer hours to position supervisor monthly.
Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and code of conduct.
