Location: Life Adjustment Program
Duties: Responsible for providing dietary support and companionship assistance that enhances residential services provided to residents, participants and their families.

Responsibilities include: serving meals and visiting with individual residents in the dining area.
Qualifications: Dress code is casual but appropriate for position responsibilities.
Completion of volunteer application and interview.
Successful completion of appropriate criminal background screenings, TB test and flu shot.
Completes program orientation and position specific training.
Good listening and communication skills.
Maintains resident and family confidentiality.
Dependable and responsible.
Maintains open communication with other team members, reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Notifies supervisor if unable to make scheduled shift.
Completes and submits volunteer hours to position supervisor monthly.
Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and code of conduct.
