Transportation Support
Location: Family First
Duties: Responsible for providing transportation to Family First clients and their families to and from support groups and events.


Responsibilities include: Pick up and drop off group/event clients and their families, engage in conversation to build relationships with riders, and assure Hilltop vehicle is kept clean inside and out.
Qualifications: Complete Hilltop volunteer application process and interview.
Successful completion of criminal background screening, Motor Vehicle Record.
Completion of program orientation and 4 hours of Hilltop driver's training and possess a valid Colorado Driver's license and proof of car insurance.
Dress Code is casual-suitable for position duties with closed toed shoes.
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 20 lbs.
Ability to walk up and down stairs.
Must have good listening skills and communication skills with a diverse population.
Ability to read maps and follow GPS instructions.
Have experience driving in adverse conditions.
Shifts depend on group and event schedule.
Be reliable and dependable.
Maintain client and family confidentiality
Abide by all Hilltop policies and procedures/code of conduct.
Completes and submits volunteer hours monthly.
Maintains open communication with other team members and reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift.
