Location: Supporting Our Seniors
Duties: Responsible for providing transportation assistance for Supporting Our Seniors (SOS) riders to foster independence for seniors over 60 who are home bound.

Responsibilities include: transportation to and from the riders home to various locations such as pharmacy, grocery store, doctors appointments.
Qualifications: Dress code is casual.
Completion of volunteer application and interview.
Successful completion of background screenings: criminal, Motor Vehicle, proof of auto insurance and copy of driver's license.
Completes program orientation.
Dependable and responsible.
Flexibility in schedule. Rides are scheduled M-F, 8am-5pm timeframes.
Maintain client and family protected health information(HIPPA) and confidentiality.
Good listening and communication skills.
Report all concerns to supervisor or program director.
Complete and submits volunteer hours and SOS mileage by the 5th of each month.
Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift or their dates of unavailability.
Abide by all Hilltop and SOS policies/procedures and code of conduct.
